Working for a schools trust based in Plymouth. This trust is extremely successful and are looking for a new Executive Assistant to join their growing team.
Whilst the indicative working pattern is 37 hours per week across 38 weeks term time, plus 4 flexible weeks (totalling 42 weeks per year) we are happy to discuss flexible working options. Please note this role is term time only and this cannot be changed due to the requirements of the business.
Your new role
Diarise and co-ordinate meetings, venues and visit schedules for individuals and the team.
Under the guidance of senior team members, organise events including venue booking, communication and publicity.
Produce a range of documents (e.g. letters, emails, reports, training materials) information and data using the full range of Microsoft Office applications.
Create high quality presentations using Power Point or Sway from draft documents provided.
Maintain manual and computerised data, records or systems.
Act as the first point of contact for the team, receiving calls/emails and general enquiries and triaging to the appropriate team members.
Provide administrative support for meetings, preparing papers and reports and circulating to attendees, taking notes, recording and tracking actions.
Work to specifically support the Strategic Data Analyst/DPO activities including producing routine correspondence, compilation of response documentation & updating GDPRiS
