Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Nantwich
Salary: 23,000 DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5 (Can be flexible)
About the Role:
Are you a confident and capable Admin Assistant looking for a permanent position within a busy and growing organisation? Our Nantwich-based client is seeking someone just like you to join their dynamic team! This role involves liaising between clients and contractors in an assertive yet friendly manner, recording data accurately, and supporting the helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise between engineers and customers assertively and promptly.
2. Communicate clearly via phone and email.
3. Accurately record data on the company system.
4. Support the helpdesk team.
5. Participate in various tasks within the small team environment.
Ideal Candidate:
6. Experienced in a customer/client-facing role with the ability to manage varying priorities calmly.
7. Articulate on the phone and in writing to ensure clear communication.
8. Computer literate, with a base knowledge of computer systems (training provided).
9. Experience working within the service department of a Facilities Management (FM) company is advantageous.
10. Possesses excellent customer service skills.
