A 3rd Line Cloud Engineer (Bournemouth) is required for a growing Technical Solutions business.
As a 3rd Line Cloud Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to our clients. Whether remotely or in person, you'll tackle a range of incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. You'll be the final escalation point, interacting with VIPs, C-level executives, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for our 1st and 2nd Line Engineering teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed timescales.
* Own and manage escalated incidents and requests.
* Collaborate with 2nd Line Engineers on diagnosis and fault resolution.
Essential Skills:
* 4+ years of demonstrable 3rd Line Cloud Engineer experience in IT service management.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasising active listening and questioning.
* Motivated attitude toward professional standards and certification-based exams.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows platforms and iOS devices.
