Job Title: Supervisor (FIRAS) - Passive Fire Protection
Location: Watford / North London

Supervisor - Responsibilities:
1. Achieve all pre-agreed KPI targets via the effective supervision of operatives.
2. Monitor, organise, and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met.
3. Build an excellent working relationship with the client and their designated partners.
4. Ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures.
5. Carry out pre and post inspections as required to raise accurate works.
6. Check the quality of works carried out.
7. Ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures.
8. Manage and monitor all work in progress to ensure effective service delivery is achieved.
9. Address poor performance promptly.
10. Report any accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately.
11. Carry out appropriate regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors, such as performance meetings, toolbox talks, and one-to-ones.
Supervisor - Experience:
1. CSCS Card
2. SSSTS
3. Asbestos Awareness
4. FIRAS / FDIS / NVQ Qualification
5. Proven track record in leading and delivering Fire Stopping projects
6. IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
7. Ability to understand client/contract requirements to maximise productivity and measure improvement
8. Excellent written and oral presentation skills
9. Good understanding of H&S legislation
10. Experience of managing and improving internal and external customer relationships and conflict handling
