We're supporting on a project for the next 4+ months that requires a Legal Grad or someone with some form of legal experience or education, but you must be able to speak French.

We are looking for an Administrator to join this new project to help review contracts, identifying key data points, formatting contracts/documents into a new ERP system and other tasks to support on the project. A lot of your point of contacts and contracts will of course be in French though, making this a requirement to the role (So please do ensure this is clearly highlighted on your CV and application).
The company are based in Kings Langley and have great public transport routes, is easily accessible and has parking on site. They welcome people to work on site with the team but for this role are open to someone working a very flexible/hybrid pattern or even fully remotely. PLEASE NOTE - Even if working mainly remotely you must be able to have access to the Kings Langley area for any occasional meetings or workshops.
This position would be on a temp basis initially, meaning you'd be paid weekly, every Friday, at an hourly rate of £15.59 per hour + holiday accrual.
Standard working pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm + lunch break. Full equipment will be provided.

What to expect day to day:
1. Reviewing existing contracts and identifying key data points (e.g. obligations from the contracts)
2. Working with Business Lead to map the data points into an agreed format ready for upload into new ERP system.
3. Work on collating existing tasks currently mapped in contracts and standardising these tasks.
What do we need from you:
1. French language skills are a must
2. Legal education, experience or knowledge is a must
3. Any previous experience of working with an ERP system would be very useful, not a requirement, training will be given
