As a member of the pension administration team, you'll support the Pension Administrator and work with the Pension Consultant to deliver excellent in-office and client service.

* Creating database records to establish new pension schemes quickly and accurately.
* Managing and updating client data and transaction records.
* Distributing incoming mail to the relevant recipients.
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate database records.
* Generating standard client correspondence as required.
* Managing a schedule to ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks.
* Logging copies of all correspondence under the correct references.
* Handling client phone calls with professionalism.
* Photocopying and printing routine and ad-hoc database reports.
* Assisting with additional tasks as requested by the consultant to support smooth office operations.
