About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Store Operations Manager to join our team at Lidl. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, leading a team of colleagues and implementing effective systems to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
* Implement effective systems to manage stock levels, inventory control and supplier relationships
* Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior retail management role
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
