Our clients who provide relocation services worldwide, are looking to appoint a part time Marketing Executive for their Head Office in Hertfordshire, working hours per week, over three consecutive days.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Key Marketing Executive duties include:
1. LinkedIn Marketing Developing and execution of LinkedIn strategiesCreating and curating engaging content to increase brand visibility, audience engagement and follower growth.Managing the company's LinkedIn presence, including profile optimisation, content creation and audience engagement strategies.Utilising LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership, networking and lead generation initiatives.Analysing LinkedIn performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and optimise results.
2. SEO Implementing of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.Conducting keyword research, optimising website content, and collaborating with the team to develop content strategies that align with SEO goals.Monitoring and analysing website traffic, search rankings, and other SEO metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
3. Marketing Campaigns Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media and digital advertising.Coordinating campaign logistics, including content creation, scheduling, tracking and reporting.Developing campaign messaging, creative assets and landing pages to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
4. Event Support & Sales Material Collaborating with the events team to support the planning and execution of marketing and logistics events, including networking events, conferences, webinars and virtual events. administrative work as and when required.Contributing to the development of event marketing materials, promotions and post-event follow-up initiativesAssisting in creating and editing proposals, presentationsAnalysing and reporting on the impact of marketing activities, evaluating progress and suggesting improvements against targets and budgets.Working with the Sales Director to ensure consistent visual representation of the brand identity, personality and tone of voice including all content, marketing materials, advertising, socials, imagery, events, partnerships, etc.
Skills Required:
5. 3 years B2B and B2C experience
6. Proficient in all MS Office programmes
7. Social media management or digital marketing skills
8. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital analytics
9. Able to demonstrate experience in measuring performance using digital analytics, such as GA4, LinkedIn and Google
10. Commercially astute and good with figures
11. Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond well under pressure and manage projects and influence at all levels
We're keen to speak to creative people who are proficient at producing engaging content for social media platforms and have familiarity with social media management tools. Interested candidates will need to be an excellent communicator and hands on operator to inspire others. Have excellent written English, and copy-writing skills, as well as be able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In return, the successful Marketing Executive will be offered up to £35,000 pro-rata, in line with experience.
