About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Rosendale. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in the day-to-day management of the home, including leading a team of carers and ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.
* To be responsible for the recruitment, induction and training of new staff members.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records and incident reports.
Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is between £13.75 and £15.25 per hour, with an annual Location Allowance of £1,500. This means your total weekly earnings could be around £600-£700, depending on your hours worked.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A valid driving license.

Working Hours
This is a 38-hour week, with regular breaks throughout the day. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our residents receive the care they need.
