A leading education trust is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to join their team- this is a great role where the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of day to day, encompassing the Finance, IT and HR functions, as well as for the wider administrative support team.This role is based on-site 5 days a week, and will be across the Trusts schools.Duties for this role includes-
* management of admin, site and cleaning teams
* ensuring efficient running of the support function
* liaise with staff at all levels across the trust
* budget management
* delivery of the service support function
* ensure all relevant records are kept up to date
* support the management of school expenditure, revenue and budgets
* support the application of relevant bids for the trust
* ensure that the HR function accurately records all information relating to absence, ER and performance
