Job Description
We undertake the full range of care to ensure our older clients are healthy, happy and part of our community. We assist them undertake things they now find a little bit more difficult including, personal care, light housework duties and companionship.
We will happily train people who have never worked in care but are keen to enter a market sector that is growing and offering greater opportunities than ever before.
We specialise in Adult Care but are keen to speak to people who have worked in any care sector, or perhaps have cared for elderly parents or grandparents, or brought up children. It all counts towards knowledge and experience.
As well as offering you a great opportunity to work in an environment where you can really do some good, we offer:
* A working day built around your availability, if at all possible.
* Pay rates of £12.00 per hour but averaging £14.00 per hour with benefits.
* Minimum 1-hour visits - no short visits.
* Evening and weekend rates paid at higher rate.
* £0.30/per mile to £0.45/per mile travel expenses.
* Paid training, e-learning & workshops.
* Paid travel between clients (some restrictions apply).
* Paid holiday and pension contributions.

Qualifications
These are Essential Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence and car.
Currently living within our area.
Available to work agreed hours on alternate weekends.

Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
