We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine interest in their field. This exciting opportunity will be the chance for the right candidate to bolster their understanding of what it means to be a Human Resources Officer, whilst working diligently to guarantee employee satisfaction. The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.
What we need?
1. Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPIs are met, adjusting where necessary to succeed.
2. Liaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absence.
3. Complete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrity.
4. Endeavor to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
5. Assist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcome.
6. High attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks.
7. 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

1. Salary of £21,000 - £24,000 per year.
