Responsibilities
include:
1. Establish a comprehensive understanding of the full company catalogue and forming a strategy around this knowledge
2. Build and maintain comprehensive working relationships within the rail market – acting as a key representative for the brand
3. Providing technical support where required, demonstrating an ability to tailor specific approaches depending on the customer – understanding their exact use cases and different applications
4. Work in a pro-active manner to create a work pipeline that will further expand presence within the market
5. Arrange meetings with clients as well as representing the business at related networking events
6. Work collaboratively with the wider business to inform strategic decisions – providing market insight within your specialism and support the decision making process
The Ideal candidate:
7. Previous experience within the rail sector is essential for the role – knowledge of how the sector operates and the ability to build upon previous relationships
8. Pro active attitude – being able to be involved with a project from start to finish, as well as contributing to improvements and efficiencies
9. Background in an electrical engineering discipline such as cabling would be highly beneficial
10. Comprehensive communication skills – ability to communicate efficiently across all forms (phone, email, face to face)
11. Flexibility to be able to travel to various sites, managing your work diary around your responsibilities in an autonomous way
The Package:
12. Competitive salary (up to £70,000 depending on experience)
