Job Duties:
1. Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects.
2. Following existing lesson plans and adapting them as necessary to meet the needs of the class.
3. Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
4. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and productive learning space.
5. Providing constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
6. Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to support the overall educational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant degree in Education or related field
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of educational principles and best practises
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using technology for educational purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Additional training in special education needs (SEN) or behaviour management
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily within school hours
- May require occasional participation in extracurricular activities or parent meetings
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
