About the Role
Amnesty International UK is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist to join its IT Operations team. This multifaceted position involves providing advanced technical support and leading the architectural design, implementation, and management of AIUK's IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have expertise in managing IT infrastructure, covering hardware, software, operating systems, and cloud technologies (IaaS, SaaS), with a focus on performance, scalability, and security in hybrid and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage AIUK's IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable systems
* Provide advanced technical support for 2nd/3rd line issues
* Collaborate with the IT Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of network infrastructure, including firewalls, DNS, routing, and network segmentation
* Experience with cloud-based networks and cybersecurity practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A good knowledge of evolving cybersecurity threats and ability to proactively address emerging attack vectors
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
