The Role
:
As a Property Manager, you will provide the responsive, professional service expected by landlords and tenants, addressing their unique property requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely completion of all maintenance jobs with professionalism.
2. Maintain up-to-date compliance records.
3. Register tenant deposits and serve notices when required.
4. Conduct property inspections using industry-leading reporting software.
5. Handle maintenance faults, repairs, and tenant / landlord requests.
6. Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
7. Manage check-ins and check-outs of tenants.
8. Negotiate tenancy renewals and carry out annual rent reviews.
9. Produce monthly landlords reports.
10. Manage company procedures, updating and improving where required.
11. Oversee the property portfolio keys.
12. Conduct viewings on available properties when required.
13. Manage occasional out-of-hours emergency maintenance.
Requirements:
14. Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
15. Ideally have 1 year of experience in residential property and customer service.
16. Completion of secondary-level education.
17. Possess customer service and administration experience.
18. Proficient in the English language.
19. Strong written and spoken communication.
20. Valid UK driving license and car.
Shifts:
21. Monday: 8:45 am - 5:45 pm
22. Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:45 pm
23. Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
