Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Stafford, ST16, on a Permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or existing customer service advisor to broaden their skillset. The client offers luxury motorhomes and allied services including maintenance, repair and bespoke installation.
Our client offers a robust personal development programme including both internal and external training: You will be funded on a NVQ in Customer Service and NVQ in Business Administration, as well as role-specific training to increase your brand and product knowledge.
Experience within a car sales environment or similar would be highly advantageous.
The Customer Service Advisor must:
1. Have two years or more administrative experience
2. Have a driving license and access to a vehicle due to the location
3. Be professional in appearance and nature
4. Possess an interest in cars, motorhomes or travel
Duties of Customer Service Advisor:
5. Take ownership of the customer and their vehicle from point of sale throughout the product life
6. Work under the instruction of the Service Centre Manager and Operations Manager
7. Meet and greet all customers upon arrival
8. Qualify the customer to achieve accurate diagnostic information
9. Communicate with allied departments including the workshop
10. Communicate and approve any additional work needed on vehicles
11. Manage the logistics and parking of all vehicles on site
12. Upsell allied products and services
13. Continually update the CRM with accurate client details and vehicle history
14. Respond to any customer enquiries within two hours of receipt
15. Provide reception cover as needed
Hours of work for a Customer Service Advisor:
16. Full Time
17. Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
18. Must work one out of three Saturdays, 9AM-1PM
Pay Rate for a Customer Service Advisor:
19. Full Time
20. Up to £25,000 per annum
21. Christmas bonus
