Marketing Coordinator Winchester (Outskirts) £30,000 plus (DOE)
We are looking for ambitious Marketing Coordinator who is driven to excel within the company, keen to support other team members and someone who is committed to ensuring all marketing campaigns are inspirational and engaging. This is an exciting role for a creative Marketeer with a passion for the natural world.
As a pivotal member of the successful marketing department, you will take on a range of responsibilities with a key focus including the coordination of e-newsletters, brochure production, PR, social media and advertising.
The Role
Write engaging copy for all marketing collateral, following brand guidelines.
Proof and edit content as required to improve content quality and ensure copy is in the right tone for each brand.
Plan the email marketing calendar and create content for e-newsletter campaigns.
Co-ordinate the production of brochures, seasonal newsletters, and direct mail.
Source imagery for all marketing campaigns.
Co-ordinate PR requests and image requirements.
Manage brand campaigns with 3rd party suppliers.
Co-ordinate digital and print adverts.
Management of the client databases.
Manage branded items from the creation of artwork through to print and distribution.
Create content for social media activity.
Provide support for the organisation of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
Assume a range of responsibilities for the production and coordination of all Marketing activities including day-to-day administration tasks. eg: brochure fulfilment and data management.
Support a constant flow of effective cross-media marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable, articulate and enthusiastic, organised and efficient, self-motivated Marketeer.
Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally a marketing qualification.
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role
Proven email marketing experience.
Experience in coordinating brochure production or similar printed material.
Experience in coordinating PR activity.
Exceptional skills in writing and proofing copy for a variety of formats.
Experience in working on multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines.
Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
Strong organisational project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in the travel industry would be ideal (wildlife knowledge and diving experience would be advantageous)
This is a fantastic team and business to work for who will inspire you to develop and progress within. This is a full-time hybrid role, ideally this will be working at least 3 days a week in the office. You will need your own transport to get there as they are on an infrequent bus route in a small village outside of Winchester.
