Industrial Cleaner / Facility Operative required to join a luxury automotive brand based in Daventry on a permanent basis paying in the region of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum .

We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Cleaner / Facility Operative to join the team, with an eye for detail and finesse to ensure the facility is cleaned to high levels and general upkeep on the facility is maintained.
The Industrial Cleaner / Facility Operative will be responsible for all cleaning in and around the facility including workshop and production areas, reception as well as rest rooms, canteens and break rooms. Using a variety of cleaning techniques including floor cleaning machines, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and polishing. The successful Cleaner / Facility operative will ensure the facility is cleaned, sanitised and restocked. You may also be required to maintain the facility which could involve, painting, hanging frames and other maintenance tasks as required.
Whilst their products are enough to turn heads, their facility boasts a modern, light, airy and clean environment and is equally as important to the success of the company.

The duties and responsibilities of the Industrial Cleaner / Facility Operative:
* Responsible for the upkeep of the facility.
* Cleaning and Facility Maintenance of workshop and production areas
* Cleaning responsibilities to include tidying, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and polishing.
* Facility maintenance responsibilities to include painting, changing light bulbs, hanging pictures.
* Other duties as directed by the Facility manager.
The ideal Cleaner / Facility Operative:
* Must have experience of commercial cleaning and facility upkeep.
* Experience working within an Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing environment is desirable.
* An interest in the Automotive industry would be beneficial.
* Ability to work as a team member and follow work instructions.
* Excellent organisational skills, proficient at managing and prioritising work schedule
* Strong attention to detail and a pride in work
Hours: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday: – and Friday – with the opportunity for weekday and Saturday overtime.
Pay: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
