Reporting to Achilles’ Marketing Manager responsible for the UK, Ireland, US and Canada region, and working closely with the UK sales team, this role is focused on developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our UK customer base and expand our footprint on existing accounts. It is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop a wide range of skills and grow as part of a global team.
This role supports the UK Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities including implementing best in class Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques and tools to constantly drive improvement and business growth.
Working closely with sales teams, this role identifies target accounts and creates highly focused marketing campaigns with an appropriate communications mix to build awareness, create demand, and win new business.
Specific day to day activities will be varied and include keyword monitoring, creating and posting blog posts and other engaging content on the Achilles web site and social media to maximise organic SEO and engagement, drafting emails and newsletters, organising Achilles Live and online events, preparing campaign reports using data analysis tools, liaising with designers and event organisers and managing the marketing Hubspot database.
This role is based in Abingdon in Oxfordshire. We offer a flexible mix of office and home working. A minimum of 2 days a week will be required in the office.Key Responsibilities•Planning: Developing campaign plans to support marketing goals in the UKIUSCAN region.
•Content marketing – working with the wider Achilles team of ESG and Carbon experts to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and our SEO performance.
•Events: Planning and executing events under the Achilles Live brand and managing Achilles attendance at relevant third-party events as required (round tables, conferences, breakfast meetings, webinars) to achieve marketing goals.
•Campaign reporting: Reviewing and adjusting plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.
