Senior Commercial Enablement Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, this role will lead the strategic planning
and execution of GTM activities to scale Sage Intacct. As a trusted advisor to regional leadership
teams, the Senior Commercial Enablement Manager will collaborate effectively, influence best
practices, and drive the creation and delivery of comprehensive GTM plans. A key focus will be on
strategic planning, including 'bottom-up' and 'gap analysis' to ensure each region has the core
foundations to accelerate and scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the strategic planning and execution of Intacct GTM Programs to achieve annual ARR targets.
• Advise and collaborate with regional leadership on 'Best Practice' routes to market and Intacct GTM approaches
• Advises in scope and GTM of Intacct in new regions to advise on strategic planning and building the foundations of the new business, including org design and commercial planning
• Support with managing Intacct acceleration programs in existing markets, ensuring alignment with desired commercial outcomes through collaboration with internal stakeholders and regional leadership
• Ensure the regional dashboard is maintained, accurate and presented to leadership in the stated
timeframes that shows capacity, capability and GTM approaches across all regions for partners and direct, enabling more accurate forecasting for projected growth
• Ensure consistent application of a blueprint for channel recruitment and management across global and regional partner teams to enable scaling of Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with all enablement teams to support regional strategic objectives aligned with Intacct growth and scaling goals
• Align with global and regional Marketing, PMM, Sales, COE, legal, product, finance operations, and enablement RTR functions to ensure consistent execution and clear visibility
• Facilitate alignment with Enablement and craft leads on 'Best Practice' across all GTM disciplines.
Support global and regional Alliance and partner teams to drive key partner growth into multi-regional entities, enabling global scale.
• Foster a community across country Intacct leaders to enhance collaboration and sharing of best
practices.
• Coaching in understand regional OKRs, desired outcomes, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring alignment with regional GTM Revenue Programs 'the 14'
• Support with Enablement plan for the region, seeking input from and alignment with the BU, PMM, and Commercial Leaders on regional priorities
• Work with Sales Enablement Managers and Commercial Leaders to proactively propose focus areas for 'Always On' Enablement.
• Measure and report on outputs, outcomes, and performance improvements driven by the Sales
Enablement team to stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications:
• Strong Commercial background and understanding of commercial constructs.
• Deep understanding of the way a business operates, selling motions, partners, etc.
• Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Enablement, Consulting or comparable experience
• Ability to organize and build out multinational plans and projects
• Must be able to build an internal network across regions
• SaaS industry experience is preferred
