Care Manager – Field Based within the Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, East / North Hertfordshire, Essex, North Kent areas region – up to £35,000k per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

What will the role involve?
As a Care Manager, you'll lead our live-in care service with compassion. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the commercial plans for your geographical area.
You will be responsible for leading the live-in care service with compassion and to fully support the commercial plans for your geographical area. Based mainly in the field you will have full responsibility for the development and growth of your staff and client base. Through building relationships and networking with other care professionals you will be always responsible for the quality and delivery of personal centred care, with responsibilities including:
* Safely transitioning clients from various care settings to be looked after by Trinity.
* Assessing and protecting clients while supporting their families.
* Ensuring quality and delivery of personalised, client-centered care.
Who are we looking for? You may have a variety of the below
* Have a minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the pressures faced by carers.
* Live-in experience is a bonus, but we can provide support.
* Bring diversity in experience, including but not limited to learning disabilities, nursing homes, and domiciliary care.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
