ATS Learning is lookingfor a Learning Programme Manager with a proven track record ofdelivering results to take end to end ownership of the learning anddevelopment aspect of the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP).The programme currently based in the UK trains Amazon drivers forboth yard and over the road driving operations with furtherexpansion planned in 2025.
Key jobresponsibilities
- Design and deliver trainingcontent
- Launch programme content in the UK andEU
- Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training inexisting clusters
- Build mechanisms for quality controland training audit
- Support EU TAP/In House Shuntinglaunches
- Ensure compliance with industry best practiceand local legislation
- Engage with key internalstakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, CF/SCLearning teams and TAP Leadership
- Use data to informdecision making and quantify impact to costs, learning experienceand safety
- Provide timely and accurate updates to TAPLeadership on programmedevelopments
A day in thelife
As a learning programme manager you’ll hit theground running and take ownership of the learning and developmentof drivers on the TAP programme. You’ll work closely with a rangeof stakeholders to develop scalable and cost effective solutionsthat meet operational requirements and develop our drivers. You’llwork closely with TAP operations and the drivers in each cluster inour Amazon Warehouses as well as the senior leadership team andother support teams.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or relevant industryexperience
- Relevant experience managing multiplestakeholders
- Relevant experience leading projects in afast paced environment
- Relevant experience in alearning or transport operations role
- Strong IT Skillsincluding high levels of competence in MS Excel
-Excellent data analytics and root cause analysisskills
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
- Basic project management qualificationsuch as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or similar
- Experience in adriver training role
- An additional language such asItalian, Spanish, German orFrench
