Our client is the UK's leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business based in Colchester and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team as soon as possible!
The role will be temporary lasting until the end of February 2025 initially but does have the potential to be extended depending on the needs of the business.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work cross-functionally within the Customer Service Team; this will primarily include the day-to-day communications with customers.
Duties of the role will include: -
· Ensure ownership on all your customer enquiries and orders, telephone and email from initial contact to resolution
· Always providing a high level of customer care and attention
· Complete data entry and sales processing, maintaining data entry protocols and carefully recording other information throughout your day
· Collaborate with the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
· Input of accurate customer data into the CRM system
· Liaise and communicate regularly with other departments including finance, depot and purchasing
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be confident in the use of IT systems, demonstrate a first-class customer service and have great communication skills with the ability to demonstrate tenacity and resilience when working under pressure.
