An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Administrator to join a highly regarded, award winning company at their Head Office in Horley. This is a 6 month temporary contract.
This role would be perfect for someone with high attention to detail who enjoys data entry and administration tasks, some previous experience working within an office environment is required.
Working in a supportive and very friendly team, your daily duties will include:
* Administration and investigation of liabilities - receive and log on databases, always adhering to legislation.
* Liaise with all Highway Authorities and Depots
* Validation and payment of all liability invoices
* Raising invoices for the recharging of contractors
* Monitoring and responding to internal and external emails
* Provide liability management information to the business
