* Arranging new subcontractor/supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
* Assisting with payment runs
* Checking subcontractor/supplier statements
* Ensuring that the Accounts mailbox is managed correctly
* Assisting with both the month end processes and audit preparation
* Ensuring that payment runs are carried out correctly
Requirements:
To work in this role, you will need
* Experience working with Xero is essential
* Experience within a similar role
* Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
* Ability to take accounts to TB
