Your new role
1. Enable the firm to meet regulatory and client requirements for environmental planning, performance, and evidence.
2. Progress the firm's Environmental Strategy, Environmental Management System (EMS), performance, reporting, and ISO 14001 certification.
3. Responding to growing client demand related to environmental performance, including providing evidence for pitches, tenders, and social value.
4. Deliver significant progress toward our Net Zeromitment, aligned with Science-Based Targets.
5. Lead the Environmentmittee, setting direction, analysing data, and delivering actions.
6. Engage with clients, represent the firm in external forums, andmunicate our environmental achievements.
7. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to achieve Scope 3 carbon emission reduction and ESG targets.
8. Work closely with Building Management teams to identify energy-saving opportunities.
9. Minimise environmental risks and maximise opportunities across our project portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Qualified environmental professional (, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Environmental Management IEMA or equivalent).
11. Desirable knowledge of carbon-related reporting frameworks (CDP and TCFD).
12. Experience in professional services or a similar environment.
13. Strong influencing, presenting and stakeholder management abilities.
14. Excellentmunication skills, including report writing.
15. Strategic thinkingbined with attention to detail.
16. Proficient in data management and analysis.
17. Project management expertise.
