Sales must be your passion and a quality background managing teams in a regulated environment is ideal. As well as this, you will ideally come from a financial services background.
The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum and the OTE is £100,000.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
1. Overseeing and managing a designated Sales Team achieving corporate objectives, and sales targets and providing regular reporting
2. Developing the skills of the individuals on the team by listening to calls, coaching in the relevant areas and following up the coaching
3. Setting and delivering targets, working with your team to ensure team targets are achieved month by month
4. Handling day-to-day queries with the team to ensure they are given every opportunity to work effectively
5. Holding weekly team meetings to discuss performance as a team, sales department updates, TCF and any other issues that may come to light
6. Spot-checking sales agents, ensuring that data is being managed in line with company procedure
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
1. Previous experience working within a FCA regulated role is preferred
2. Previous experience with a proven track record of successful sales management
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening at all times
4. You should have strong commercial awareness and ability to operate at a strategic level
5. Relevant Sales Manager experience is required
