About the Role
As Logistics Administrator at St John Ambulance, you will work within the Logistics Administration team at Chesterfield and be responsible for ensuring that all administration is dealt with in an efficient, correct and timely manner. Key duties will be scheduling of planned maintenance for equipment, obtaining authorisation for maintenance work, maintaining budget and purchase ordering trackers, liaising with suppliers, maintenance providers, volunteers and all employees of SJA.
This role is based in the Chesterfield office full time and is not suitable for home working.

About You
To be successful in the role of Logistics Administrator, you should have prior experience of working in an administration focused role as part of a wider team. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
