This is a relaxed and supportive working environment where collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand. The majority of the projects are Midlands-based, minimizing long-distance travel.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will:
* Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee all aspects of electrical installations, including planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and build strong working relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
* Lead, mentor, and support site teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial, industrial, or education sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
