Currently on the lookout for a Payroll Manager who is not opposed to working in a sole position, to take ownership of payroll across the group. As this is a growing business, the role is ever-changing, so we are seeking someone who is adaptable.

Description
* Payroll System input and maintenance - ensuring wage and hours are up to date
* Responsible for holiday allocation within the payroll system
* Process new starters - hours input, overtime, expenses etc.
* Calculations of statutory payments
* RTI submissions to HMRC
* Maintenance of pension records - uploading of files
* Dealing with internal payroll queries and running reports
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Strong MS package understanding, in particular Excel
* Proven track record of payroll within an SME environment (payroll variety such as weekly, monthly etc. would be highly advantageous)
* Happy to work independently as well as collaborative
* Happy to commute to Bagshot 5 days per week
