Behaviour Mentor | Primary School in Croydon

If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor who can join our partner Primary School in Croydon and provide support to two pupils in Year 1 with SEND.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting two children with non-verbal Autism. Their behaviour is challenging and the ability to remain calm in demanding moments is crucial.

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who has
1. Ideally has obtained a degree and has a passion for education/SEND
2. Has previous experience working with SEND
3. Ideally has experience working with non-verbal ASC
4. Can start immediately and commit to the remainder of the academic year
