We are recruiting We are looking for a Mortgage Adviser to join our successful team. What you will you receive? An experienced mentor whose role will be to support and guide you through the first few months with the company, offering compliance & regulatory support to ensure that your advice is always right for the client. Support from our existing advisers who are always happy to help. Appointments booked on your behalf by our admin team. To be considered. You must hold CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification and have at least twelve months relevant experience of advising on mortgages products. You must put the client at the heart of everything you do and have the ability and desire to write significant business levels. Throughout your employed period you will be in the office 5 days per week and will service our face-to-face clients. This role would suit someone early in their advising career looking to receive new leads to build their client bank. Pay: £23,000-25,000 basic per year (dependent on experience) bonus scheme. Responsibilities Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options tailored to their needs. Utilise basic math skills to calculate mortgage payments and assess affordability. Mentor junior staff by sharing knowledge and best practices in mortgage advising. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and informed client interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
