Key Account Manager
Alexander Steele are working exclusively with a food manufacturing business in SW England.
The business has a proud history and heritage. They produce high quality local products for retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
On Offer:
* £40-50k + 5k car allow + benefits
* Hybrid working – 2-3 days in Dorset office
Key responsibilities:
This is a new role in the private label / co-pack channel who will build and maintain the long-lasting relationships with our customers and be an advocate for the business and externally.
The Role:
* Full end to end account management
* Sales and profit maximisation
* Project management
* Stakeholder management
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting collaborative customer relationships
* To achieve all relevant KPI’s
* Be a team player and encourage collaboration, positivity, and a solution-based culture at all times
* To travel as and when required
Your experience so far:
* Strong commercial acumen. Experience in an account management or NPD/Customer facing role.
* 'Hands-on' relationship building
* Margin and sales analysis and development
* Strong project management skills and experience in complex situations
