In this pivotal role, you will drivebusiness growth in the Crawley regionby:
*Winning New Business: Proactively engagein client visits, make strategic phone calls, and implementinnovative marketing strategies.
*Networking: Leveragesocial media, attend networking events, and identify new businessleads to expand our client base.
*Client RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships,ensuring high satisfaction and long-termpartnerships.
*Market Research: Conduct thorough researchto stay ahead of industry trends and capitalise on emergingopportunities.
*Reporting: Provide detailed reports onbusiness development activities, ensuring transparency andaccountability.
Your Responsibilities willInclude:
As a Branch Manager, you'll alsooversee the day-to-day operations of the office,including:
*Office Management: Ensure thesmooth running of the branch with efficient resource allocation andadministrative oversight.
*Performance Monitoring: Trackand analyze team performance, providing feedback and guidance tomeet branch goals.
*Mentoring and Development: Lead,mentor, and develop your team to achieve their fullpotential.
*Recruitment: Manage staffing needs for thebranch, ensuring we attract and retain toptalent.

Salary: 40,000 + Benefits
