Culinary Team Member
40 hours per week + overtime
Up to £27,000 per annum + benefits

The Role
Assisting the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant in accordance with the hotel's standards and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Organising and setting up the assigned section of the food, beverage, and kitchens as efficiently as possible to increase speed and productivity.
Key Performance Indicators
Meet or exceed kitchen targets, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
