Your new role:
11. Handling incoming calls, orders and general enquires
12. Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner.
13. Dealing with any orders from sales to delivery
14. Dealing with and processing any incoming customer information.
15. Processing sales orders, returns and warranty requests.
16. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you’ll need to succeed:
17. Excellent PC skills are required.
18. Proven Customer Service experience is essential
19. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
20. Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
21. Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous.
