Monday- Thursday 6am-4:15pm or 7am-5:15pm Fridays off.

Production Manager job details:
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process with responsibility for the systems, production plan & personnel to create an efficient, process led and customer focused working environment. The Production Manager will oversee the production facility ensuring daily operations are completed in order to assist in a seamless manufacturing process. This role provides a forward-looking planning function that maximises our performance and assists in achieving our organisational goals in exceeding customer expectations and liaising with all relevant internal departments.
Key responsibilities:
Day to day scheduling & coordination of production workflow for multiple products across several teams to maximise production.
Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of quality, in line with business performance metrics.
Constantly reviewing and monitoring the operations processes for the purposes of improving efficiency, quality and cost control, adjusting as required.
Managing performance of teams; conducting performance & absence reviews and preparation of resulting documentation.
Creating an efficient, automated system to lessen the need for manual intervention.
Identifying critical issues and addressing and resolving these when they arise.
Ensuring that team members have the appropriate tools and PPE and are fully compliant with company policy regarding usage & in line with H&S guidance.
Collaborate with all relevant internal departments.
Plan and prioritise work to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, consistently reviewing the human and material resources needed, ensuring operations is running at optimum levels.
Working closely with the Procurement department, the team responsible for the sourcing & purchasing of all goods, materials and supplies required for manufacturing.
Providing daily/weekly updates to the Head of Manufacturing on all team activity.
