Job Summary
Responsible under the general direction of the Planning& Performance Management (P&PM) Coordinator for generalanalytical findings and recommendations across the scope ofobjectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization eitherindependently or in collaboration with others. Supervision andguidance are generally limited to outlines of overall objectives ofassigned tasks updates of work in progress and approval of theincumbents findings and recommendations.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Lead coordinate and execute routine planning andperformance management tasks at the Admin Area level includingweekly highlights monthly reporting quarterly business reviewsaccountability reporting KPI reporting and business plandevelopment.
* Assume the role of riskcoordinator for the Admin Area.
* Represent theAdmin Area on crossfunctional initiatives related to planning andperformance management.
* Develop and maintain aworking knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Areathrough handson involvement in these activities.
* Provide oversight on the Admin Areas administrativecosts.
Requirements:
* Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
* Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance Management InformationSystems (MIS) or a related discipline.
* 57years of related experience preferably at GC (Grade Level)1214.
* Ability to produce reports andpresentations for senior management.
* Proficiency in working effectively within a multiculturaland multidisciplinary team as well as in crossfunctionalsettings.
* Excellent communication skills andproficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentationsin PowerPoint.
* Enthusiasm to develop knowledgeand skills related to Treasury functions.
* Attention to detail is essential.
