Senior Sales Manager
Overview:
To be responsible for the MICE market, within a designated territory, to stimulate business into the hotel and contribute to achieve the hotels budgeted group rooms and banqueting revenues. Managing your sales process in the Sales department including developing and helping to manage the Group Sales Coordinator and Executive.
The Role:
* Identifying strategies to develop the assigned market and execute territory and account plans
* Identifying potential dip markets and ensuring strategies in place to create demand
* Working within the boundaries of the budgeted and forecasted Sales expenses in line with the Hotel Strategy and Standards
* Devising incentives for local conference and incentive agents to stimulate business
* Developing rate growth
* Identifying potential partners with the opportunity to assist in growth Partnership marketing
* Executing Group sales based activities to generate short and long term business into the hotel.
