As a Lettings Manager, you will need to:
1. Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
2. Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
3. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
4. Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
5. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and morning meetings
6. Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
The ideal candidate will:
7. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
8. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
9. Be able to work effectively managing a team
10. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
11. Display high standards of service and presentation
12. Have good organisational skills
13. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
14. Be a car owner with a full driving licence
15. Be insured for business use
16. Have the legal right to work in the UK
