Randstad C&P are currently working with a dear client of ours who are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for an ambitious individual who excels in maximising profits and commercial performance.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
1. General administration duties
2. Provide exceptional customer service
3. Ensure comprehensive financial and administrative services
4. Drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and ensure financial savings targets are maximised.
5. Conducting supplier surveys
6. Raising PO's & Invoices
7. Complete weekly, monthly, annual reports (Including; WIP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, PO, Invoice Pool)
Ideal Candidate:
8. Experience of working within a facilities maintenance environment providing administrative duties
9. Experience of financial administration duties, such as PO's and invoices
10. Great communication skills
11. Thorough work approach
