My client is a national FM company looking for an experienced and qualified A/C Engineer to join an established team on a mobile basis in Glasgow. This is a mobile role working on a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a maintenance role including PPM's, breakdowns and servicing. Hours of work are Monday - Friday with OT and Call out available.

Keeping our clients' facilities comfortable: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC systems, ensuring smooth operation and safety.
Multi-skilled maintenance: Handle other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.
Responding to emergencies: Be part of the on-call rota and respond to callouts promptly.
Making a difference: Undertake new installations, major and minor repairs on AC systems.
Troubleshooting expertise: Diagnose and repair faults, including basic electrical troubleshooting.
Leading and managing: Manage contractors, ensuring standards are met and issuing Permits to Work.
Delivering exceptional service: Ensure all AC equipment operates to specific performance criteria and that the surrounding area meets company standards.
Representing our company with pride: Provide professional service and represent the company in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
Monitoring performance: Evaluate equipment performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance.My client is keen to meet with individuals with the following:
Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
Relevant qualifications: F-Gas Cat 1, ODS regulations, and Level 2 or 3 C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Ability to perform manual tasks: Including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
