Corb Ltd are a Facilities Maintenance company, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with commercial and retail clients across the UK.

Role responsibilities would include:
* Planning works against resources, both directly employed operatives and subcontractors.
* Raising new work orders.
* Reviewing and ordering parts, including the creation of purchase orders.
* Email and phone communication with engineers, subcontractors, and clients for updates, and supporting with any challenges to ensure works run smoothly.
* Updating systems with work order notes.
* Creation of job sheets and quote forms for clients on job management system.
* Inbox management.
Skills required:
* Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via phone and email.
* General I.T. skills including Microsoft Office packages.
* The ability to multi-task effectively.
* Organised with a keen eye for detail.
Qualities required:
* The ability to meet deadlines and work within a high-pressure environment.
* Self-driven, decisive & highly motivated.
* To work well both within a diverse team and by yourself.
* A positive and innovative approach to processes.
This role is office-based, the required hours would be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with a 45-minute unpaid break.
Important, please note: You would also be required to be part of an admin on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency calls, where a standby fee is payable on top of the salary.
