Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Ad Hoc Supply Teachers to work with a vibrant primary school in Rumney, Cardiff. This role involves covering classes on an as-needed basis and providing high-quality teaching and support to students in the absence of their regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management: Deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and good behaviour.

Lesson Implementation: Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, adapting as necessary to meet the diverse needs of students.

Student Support: Provide assistance to students, ensuring they understand tasks and remain engaged in their learning.

Effective Communication: Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians as needed.

Progress Monitoring: Observe and report on student progress during lessons, providing feedback to the school when required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.

Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred.
