What does a Project Engineer (EVCP) do at Hillingdon?
London Borough of Hillingdon has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, qualified Project Engineers to work on the development and implementation of our Electric Vehicle Charge Point programme.
This is a great opportunity to introduce new ways of working to Hillingdon and develop funding bid and our ambition to cleaner, greener and heathier borough. Working collaboratively with key external partners the role is pivotal to the long-term planning of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in the borough.
Reporting to the Head of Highways/Street Lighting Manager. This new role will focus on the review of a strategy and action plan for the delivery of a range of charge points across the borough, the procurement of new providers, funding bid and to work with existing team members to assist with the continued roll out of the council's programme of delivery of charge points across the borough.
About you
You should hold a degree in a related discipline with significant experience in this area.
Evidence of continued professional and management development will also be required.
