Contract Personnel Thetford are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Catfield who are looking for Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The sales administrator will support the groups across the busineess ensuring efficient administrative processes within the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Order entry including coding part numbers
• Create chase reports
• Prepare pick lists
• Prepare despatch documentation for products being shipped to both UK and overseas destinations
• Arrange transport for delivery of the order using either inhouse transport; customer collections or external transport.
• Arrange hiring of temp HGV drivers
• Coordinate use and servicing of pool vehicles
• Resolving customer queries
• Liaising with internal stakeholders including quality, production, sales, engineering
• Any other administration duties required to ensure smooth running of department.
Your experience/qualities will include:
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Experienced with Microsoft office suite
3. Experience of using a business system application
4. Ability to work accurately, to deadlines and can organise their own work priorities
5. Confident and professional manner with excellent communication skills
6. Proven experience of a similar role within small/medium sized business
