Sales Engineer - Hydraulic Tools
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team selling hydraulic tools and equipment to industrial and construction clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek out and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase hydraulic tool capabilities
Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on product selection, application, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and product management, to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic tools, systems, and applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel within assigned territories (up to 50%)
