Job Role: Electrician - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance

Location: South East London (Mobile)

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (Basic)

Your Role:

As a Social Housing Electrician, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of reactive maintenance services across South East London. Work assignments will be sent via a PDA device, and youll keep track of jobs and materials with daily work sheets. This is a mobile role, so a full UK drivers license is essential.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Conduct electrical repairs, renewals, and installations in void and occupied properties.
* Maintain high-quality work standards while adhering to schedules.
* Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
* Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
