Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a rapidly growing broadband provider based in Birmingham, St Pauls Square. They are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor, who will lead the team from the front, still engaged in day to day frontline customer service whilst being the point of escalation for team members, and responsible for supporting junior members.
The Role:
Handling and resolving customer service tickets by phone and email
Supporting and explaining the set up of broadband routers to customers who are struggling
Maintaining a high standard of service to ensure customer retention
Being a confident problem solver of more complex issues
Support, and lead the junior members of the teamThe Ideal Senior Customer Service Advisor will have:
Experience with customer service within the Utilities sector
A background of customer service within broadband, and solid knowledge of this would be highly desirable
Excellent telephone manner
Professional attitude, with excellent time keeping and genuine interest in customer experience
